Terms of Use
By using LibraryCSS services, you agree to the following terms.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Scope of the service
LibraryCSS lets you inspect CSS effects, edit them in the browser, copy code, and save effects to a personal library. All content is free and service costs are covered by advertising revenue. Features and the number of effects may change over time.
Membership
You may view previews and part of the code without an account. Viewing full source, copying it, and using the in-browser editor require a free account. You are responsible for keeping account details confidential and for activity through your account; contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Using content
You may use and adapt effects in personal and commercial web projects. You may not distribute all or a substantial portion of the library as a source-code package, competing library, template-market product, or resale service. Where an effect has a specific license, that license applies.
Prohibited uses
- Generating automated traffic, scraping, or excessive requests that can harm the service
- Attempting to bypass security or access controls
- Generating artificial advertising clicks or impressions
- Using the service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that infringes third-party rights
Warranty and liability
Effects can produce different results across browsers and projects. Content is provided as is; you are responsible for accessibility, browser-compatibility, and performance checks in production.
